- 40% consistency rule (best day ≤ 40% of profit); a breach raises the target rather than failing you. WHICH PHASE it applies to differs by plan: Flex and Legacy on the challenge only, Rapid Pro in the funded account only, Rapid Daily at no stage.
- News trading allowed; no overnight holding
- Max 5:1 per-trade risk:reward; no HFT, signal services, group trading, or copying other traders. Copying your OWN accounts is allowed (including across firms, if all are verified under your name).
- Max loss locks to the starting balance after the first payout

Rapid Daily has no consistency rule at any stage; Rapid Pro has none on the challenge but a 40% rule once funded. Existing accounts may keep trading but cannot be reset. source

Rapid Pro and Daily pay a 90% reward share as standard while Flex and Legacy sit at 80%, with model-specific payouts built around benchmark days and per-cycle caps that lift over time. The 40% consistency rule is the trap here: it applies to Flex and Legacy on the CHALLENGE, to Rapid Pro only once FUNDED, and to Rapid Daily never — so passing on Rapid Pro hands you a payout gate you did not have while evaluating.
