The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st, independent of Pro’s 30-day billing date. An upgrade makes that month’s total allowance 30; it does not add another 30 to Free. If both Free credits were already used, 28 remain.
What an analysis credit covers
Desk analyses can review five parts of your saved record: mistake patterns, plan versus execution, the whole desk, true cost and the past week. One credit is reserved when a new analysis starts and settled when it finishes and is saved. Opening that saved analysis again uses no additional credit. A handled failure triggers a return attempt; if the return is delayed, the analysis says so and opening it makes another attempt.
Free includes 2 credits and Pro includes 30 each UTC calendar month. At the limit, new analyses pause until the next reset. There is no automatic overage charge.
