Guide Micro or mini? Size the stop before the position The complete futures contract-sizing formula for MES, ES, MNQ, NQ, MYM, YM, MGC, QO, SIL and QI, plus the limits the arithmetic cannot cover. Guide A payout is cash in. Guide Five funded accounts can still be one trade How to calculate gross stop exposure across copied prop-firm accounts and separate rule permission from portfolio risk. Guide Close the trading day before rewriting the strategy A short daily closeout for separating P&L, cash movement, rule context and process notes so tomorrow’s plan uses evidence instead of emotion. Guide A discounted evaluation can still be the expensive choice How to use a prop-firm sales calendar without mistaking a discount for fit, total campaign cost or a pass-rate advantage. Guide The desk-wide risk budget comes before the account labels A method for adding open stop risk across funded accounts, separating known rule room from unknown room and avoiding false diversification. Guide A matched bank charge is a floor, not a complete cost ledger A careful workflow for comparing identified bank charges with a manual prop-firm ledger while preserving refunds, unmatched merchants and feed limits. Guide Set the campaign spend ceiling before the first reset A precommitment method for capping evaluation, reset, renewal, fee and activation spend without confusing cash cost with trading drawdown. Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-02

These terms cover your use of nanoprop.info. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

What NANO Prop is

We publish information and intel about prop-firm trading: firm coverage, rule changes, payout observations, and rankings built from data our members log. We are a media and information service. We are not a broker, not a prop firm, and not a financial adviser.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to trade with any firm. Trading futures and prop-firm evaluations carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Your decisions are your own.

Prop firms and your account

We are independent and not affiliated with the firms we cover. No link on this site is an affiliate link and we earn nothing from any firm. Prop firms operate under different, and sometimes contested or offshore, regulatory arrangements; they can change their rules, pricing, and payout terms, or stop operating, at any time. Most evaluations and funded accounts trade on simulated or demo capital rather than a live market account. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the legal or regulatory status, solvency, or conduct of any firm, and our tools help you compare cost and fit only — they do not verify that a firm is safe to deal with. Confirm a firm’s current terms and standing yourself before you pay for anything.

Accuracy

We work to be right and first, but we do not guarantee that any figure, firm term, ranking, or observation is complete, current, or error-free. Firm terms change, and we show when each profile was last verified. Aggregated statistics come from data members log, are shown only at a minimum sample size of five, and are estimates, not audited facts.

No affiliate relationships

No link on this site is an affiliate link, and we earn nothing from any firm we cover: no commission, no placement fee, no payment of any kind. Our coverage and rankings have nothing to sell.

Your account and the data you log

You agree to log only truthful information about accounts you actually hold. Do not submit false, manipulated, or other people’s data. We may remove entries we believe are inaccurate or abusive and suspend accounts that try to game the dataset. By logging data you grant us a licence to anonymize and aggregate it into public statistics shown only at a minimum sample size of five. We never publish your individual entries in a way that identifies you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security or bypass access controls, no automated activity that degrades the service for others, and no reselling our content as your own.

Automated reading of our public pages is fine within those limits — respect our robots.txt, identify yourself honestly, and keep the volume reasonable. We ask exactly this of ourselves when we read other companies’ published terms, and we describe how our own reader behaves at /bot. We would rather be held to the same standard we apply.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the brand are ours. You keep ownership of the data you log; you grant us the licence described above so we can operate the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, NANO Prop is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, your trading, or reliance on any information here. The service is provided "as is", without warranties.

Pro subscription, billing and cancellation

The free core of NANO Prop is free. Pro is an optional paid subscription at USD $7.99 every 30 days. The first payment is taken when you subscribe — there is no free trial and no separate signup fee — and it renews automatically on that 30-day cycle at the same price until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as the merchant of record for Pro. Whop takes the payment, issues the receipt, and holds your card details; NANO Prop never sees or stores your card number. Whop’s own terms apply to the payment itself.

You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription, which takes you to Whop’s billing page. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps Pro working until the end of the period you have already paid for. You do not need to delete your NANO Prop account to stop paying, and cancelling Pro does not delete your account or your logged data.

We do not refund a partly used 30-day period by default. If you were charged in error, or something on our side stopped Pro from working, email support@nanoprop.info and we will put it right. Nothing here removes a refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your own country.

If we change the price or what Pro includes, we will tell you by email before the change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Failed payments may suspend Pro until payment succeeds.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account also cancels any active Pro subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

You are contracting with NANO Prop LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have under the law of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the last change. Continued use means you accept the update.
